Sponsorship Opportunities
Startup Weekend is a non-profit that is working to build a stronger entrepreneurship, startup, tech community in Tampa Bay and we need your help. (As a 501(c)3 charity, your sponsorship of Startup Weekend is tax-deductible.)
All collected sponsorship and ticket monies go directly back into the planning and budget of the event in an effort to make it not only a richly educational event for everyone involved, but a fun and exciting networking opportunities for business owners, creatives, marketing professionals and entrepreneurs within the Tampa Bay Startup community.
Sponsor an Entrepreneur :: $100 (per lucky entrepreneur)
:: Open registration for one entrepreneur of your choice or we select.
:: We will ensure that one lucky entrepreneur will get fed, meet new people, learn a ton, and hopefully create a successful startup!

Our Community
Startup Weekend’s community consists primarily of passionate current and future entrepreneurs with ideas for new ventures mostly for web or mobile. These are creative and influential workers who will bring your product back into the office on Monday morning after using it during the weekend.
Attendees:
• 50/50 Technical/Non-Technical attendees
• 79.8% plan on working on the their startup after the event
• 85% keep in touch with their team
Events:
• Average of 75 attendees per event, with a maximum of 175
• Average of 12 new ventures created
Ventures:
• 95% of ventures launched with a webpage
• 40% of ventures were mobile applications
• 10% of ventures report funding or revenue after 1 year
